Brief Description	Repair & Maintenance of Desktops
Work Done	The SO (Tech) of FODAG was faced with a challenge of repairing PC’s purchased from Olivetti which were purchased to be used with certain radar equipment and due to unavailibity of technical staff and manhandling, the PC’s were not in functional state. This PC’s were given to a couple of other computer maintenance firms for repairs. Dissatisfied by their capabilities to repair, TSS got chances, and repaired them to the Full satisfaction of the authorities.

Client	Xaviers Institute of Management
Brief Description	Networking & Installation of PC’s
Work Done	The Institute has various classrooms which were all equipped with Pc’s. The offices and the computer lab are distributed on 3 floors. TSS was responsible to Provide a Network for all the 35 PC of the institution. Strict guidelines were followed and a closed observation was done By TSS while the wiring to ensure minimum risk of damage and interference. Proper Structured Wire was achieved. A Client Server Architecture was installed to Link all Clients and Appropriate Security was setup to minimise misuse and ensure maximum Network efficiency.

Client	The Commissioners Office of Mumbai Police
Brief Description	Networking & Installation of PC’s
Work Done	The Pay Cell is responsible for preparing the payslip for the Mumbai Police. During the renovation and expansion of Pay cell Office, TSS was given the responsibility to supply and Setup then Network and Peripherals. The Primary Objective of this extensive Revamp was to ensure Minimum Downtime. TSS Faced a Couple of Challenges like the Office Electrical Load on he Grid was not Balanced hence there were frequent Electrical Failures. The Staff of the Pay cell were not computer literate and had a very basic knowledge of Computer. TSS Tackled these Challenges by providing a Powerful Central Uninterrupted Power Backup System. And ensured that the Network was Setup properly by optimising User Polices to Prevent unnecessary Access to Critical Areas of the System and at the same time ensure that these policies do not hamper in their routine work. A Hybrid Network was setup to run on Both Windows Server as well as Novell Server. To tackle their massive load of printing and at the same time ensure maximum cost efficiency, TSS supplied them with Line Printers to solve their problem.

Brief Description	Office Setup
Work Done	TSS was given the Responsibility to Designed the network Layout and provided constancy to Moet Hennessy while they moved into new Premises and Renovated it. TSS also help in setting up the Server Room. TSS Designed a Hybrid Backbone for the Office to help in easy Migration for a Wired network to a Wireless Network in the Future.

Work Done	TSS Helped Rishti Setup their Back office. The Management of Rishiti wanted Solution for Help manage their data and Provide a Stable Network for their Back office System. TSS was one of the early ones to introduce Thin client Solutions for a Stock broking firm. Using the thin Client Solution TSS was effective able to help Manage Data and Mails Centrally on the Server. Using this Solution was very Cost effective for the Client and the same time Down time has Drastically reduced.

Brief Description	Office Setup
Work Done	Omega appointed TSS to study their Computing Requirements and suggest and supply equipment for their new office being setup at Worli. TSS has implemented a Thin Client solution for the entire office with complete satisfaction of Omega. This Implementation has reduced their Cost of Installation by more than 30% and its electrical consumption has been reduced by 73%. TSS has supplied.

Brief Description	Software for CAD and Website
Work Done	TSS has developed CAD software for Ideas a Modular Shelving System Product of Woodywarehouse. The CAD application allows the User to design their Wall Unit using the modules available. The user can have an Isometric view of the designed unit and adjust the wall colours to get an idea of how the Furniture would look at their premises. The user can also get the exact price of the designed unit and will get a list of components with their exact quantities to help them place an order with the company. The User can also Print the designed furniture. This was a unique opportunity for TSS to develop such an Application and it was one of the first Projects TSS Handled. Successful Implementation of this product has boosted the Moral of the Software Programmers and management of TSS.

Client	Burhani College of Commerce and Arts.
Brief Description	Automation of all College Administrative Tasks.
Work Done	TSS got an opportunity to develop a complete e-Campus solution for Burhani college in which all Administrative Tasks of the college have been automated. The various distributed systems working in the college have been replaced by this single centralised system. Using this system the Redundant Data Entry Done by various departments of the college have been eliminated and the work done by the administrative staff have been minimised. The College Management Systems has the following modules    1) Admissions.    2) Attendance.    3) Regular & ATKT Examination.    4) Various Administrative like Railway concession, Bonefied Certificate, etc.    5) Reports. This Application has been developed keeping in mind all the rules and regulations of Mumbai University.

Work Done	Lucky general Store is a Company primarily dealing in House keeping Products. Hence it has a huge inventory and has multiple Godowns in the City. TSS has Provided Lucky a Solution to Centrally Monitor Stock Movement in its Godowns and Allows them to do billing centrally as well as on its various Retailing Points in the City. Eventually All Reporting and accounts are converged centrally at its Head office. This Application has extensive Reporting for Stock and Finance Analysis and various other reports to help in taking important business decisions.

Work Done	Dr. Bharainwala is a GCC Certified Doctor. TSS as Provided the Clinic an application to automate the Process of issuing Medical Certificates to candidates applying for visa. TSS has ensured that the Application is very well protected against malpractices and manipulation of Data. This application is network compatible to allow Data entry on multiple Terminals.
