The engineer ensures that the Computer is free of all Viruses & Spy ware. They also thoroughly service the machine to clean all dust accumulated. Engineers are trained to clean any traces of oxidisation on the contacts to ensure smooth running of the PC. Apart from routine preventive services provided, unscheduled corrective services as required are provided as and when the client faces problems with their computers.
